- Standard hotel check-in time is generally 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Timings may vary depending on the hotel and destination.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.

- Hotel policies regarding guests and room occupancy may vary from property to property.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 30 days of the scheduled trip may be subject to a 20% deduction.
- Cancellation between 29 and 10 days before departure may be subject to a 30% deduction.
- Cancellation between 9 and 2 days before the trip may be subject to an 80% deduction.
- Cancellation on the same day or one day before departure may be non-refundable.
- Cancellation terms may vary depending on the hotel, transport provider and package booked.
